Tutaki Ki Te Kapa
Kia ora, my name is Rick Lunn and I am a Director, alongside my wife Tracey, at Smart Trade Solutions LTD. I have worked in the Automotive Industry my entire life, after starting out as a Collision Repair Technician. I am a passionate advocate for the Trade industries and have built a career out of supporting the training and development of its people. My favorite part of my job is mentoring apprentices, I love being a part of their journey and watching them develop and grow as they progress with their education. It truly is the most rewarding mahi and I am so happy to do it!
DIRECTOR
Kia ora, my name is Tane Clarke and I am the Lead Coordinator for our youth programme, He Poutama Rangatahi, here at Smart Trade Solutions.
I come from a Trade background and have worked as a Butcher for many years. Having a Trade qualification has been so valuable to me and has supported me and my family to have a pretty awesome life (we think). I am incredibly passionate about supporting my community and the young people in it, and if I can help them get into a Trade or to chase down their dreams, then I am a happy man. I love my job and I really love helping my clients hit their goals.

Originally from England, I settled in New Zealand in 1996
with my husband Rick Lunn. We have two adult “Kiwi” children whom we are very proud of.
Together we established Smart Trade Solutions Ltd (STS), in
2019; with Rick and I being the company's directors. In 2022, I also became the
company's administrator, along with a multitude of other mahi behind the
scenes. I am committed to supporting the aspirations of our clients and the
community. Also, I treasure all the amazing news stories we get to hear and
share along the way.
Outside of work I enjoy being with family. Hanging out at the
beach, and gym. As well as being a cat lover. Nga Mihi!
